Welcoming Dr. Sarah Brink coming June 2025
Dr. Sarah Brink grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian since a very young age, despite not growing up with any pets. She pursued a Bachelor’s degree in biology at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA where she graduated in 2019. One of her favorite college experiences was her study abroad experience in Tanzania, where she completed a large research project on ticks and camped in the Serengeti.
She attended the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and is a 2025 graduate. During veterinary school, she was inducted into The Society of Phi Zeta, the honor society of veterinary medicine. She is fear-free certified and passionate about making her patients feel safe and stress-free during examinations. Her main interests include behavioral medicine, internal medicine, and preventative medicine. She loves all animals and is looking forward to treating not just dogs and cats, but exotics/pocket pets too.
She lives in Brighton with her best friend, Skeeter, a 4 year old lab mix. In her free time, she enjoys running and hiking with Skeeter, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
